We booked the Hotel via a third party website. The Hotel is a bit far from the center; but metro access is easy. Maybe a 7 minute walk? Not too bad, even in winter. The Hotel itself is beautiful and maintained well. The rooms are cleaned perfectly every day, and the staff are so kind and accommodating. Some even going above and beyond. As it’s not in the center, it’s rather quiet at the Hotel, which is great if you’re visiting with family and young children. The neighbourhood seemed safe, too, and you have a few restaurant and grocery options nearby. For New Year’s Eve, they’d hosted a live music event with a set menu (which we didn’t take advantage of), but it was nice to see the efforts they took to celebrate New Year. I saw a lot of children enjoy themselves in the garden. Definitely a wonderful place to stay at with children. Great value for money.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, they gave us an upgraded room and some complimentary biscuits. Which was a lovely touch! However, the room upgrade was described as "deluxe" personally I wouldn't have put it in this category. It seemed quite basic and looked very simular to the room we had originally booked. There was a rather unpleasant smell when we returned to the room one evening (sewerage smell) which we didn't mention as we spent so little time at the hotel and it disappeared quickly. The curtains were broken and had to be precariously placed for them to stay closed. The service was fantastic, all the staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome! The hotel is about a 25/30minute taxi ride from main attractions in Rome (depending on which one you're heading to) over an hour on foot. Taxi is around €25 from hotel to many of sites. Overall a really pleasant stay! Would recommend if you don't want to be staying right in the hustle and bustle of Central Rome!

Rooms are incredibly small same with the bathroom, you have to be a contortionist to fit in the shower. There's no place to sit and watch TV except for the bed...that is if you can actually see the TV in a 27 inch screen. Rooms are noisy you are practically sleeping in the same room as your neighbors. Breakfast is poor.

Location is great Quick connections to public transit Local restaurants are good. Uber is fast and cheap. I always come with a rental car - so I love the free parking. Security is VERY HIGH and I appreciate that feeling. After a day in Rome with pan handlers and sellers of every kind trying to make a buck… coming home to an excellent and safe hotel for a restful evening is what I want. Very family! And senior friendly. I preordered morning breakfast buffet which is in a wonderful room and an amazing selection of everything and everything a western person would normally have at breakfast. To note: the morning servers make an amazing cappuccino there by request. It’s included in the meal. As for evening meals in the restaurant. They open at 7:30 pm. Reservations are requested. The service alone could earn this hotel a 4 star rating. Giuseppe (Johnny) runs a tight 5 star level service. Don’t believe me? Experience it. He and his serving assistant Anastasia run your meal experience to a full experience. I’d even say better than my $800 meal I had for my wife and I in Vegas! Why go out to eat with an excellent chef and service!

+ The hotel itself is gorgeous and it's huge Very nice garden + Breakfast options + free parking space + Attentive service + Privacy (away from the noise of the streets) - The room we had (Family junior suite) is not well maintained. Dirty walls for example, toiletseat is not fitted and windows weren't clean. About 10-15mins away from Vatican by car

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
