Great small-scale family run resort. They have their own walkway to the beach, which is clean and not busy. Rooms are well-equiped with a big TV, AC, comfy beds, closet space and a table with chairs. Complementary 20L jug of water they'll put at your room, so you can refill your bottles to your liking :) they also offer scooter rentals. Great value for money, would definitely stay again!

Good thing that the hotel is close to the beach. Pool super dirty its a no no. The owner very pushy about trips and motorbikes like they r trying to squeeze out wallets. Everything is cheap but i don't accept to pay even for the small bottle of water it shows no respect on tourism. The breakfast poor and such a bad taste that it was included and we were having breakfast elsewhere. We found with the same price much better hotel with great pool and kind owner

Excellent service and good place to stay with the cheapest price in the area. The resort is just to the beach,great place for sunset, and its restaurant by the beach, big swimming pool. People are friendly and helpful. However, the room is simple and it's not a matter. And 10 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

The good things are the location and the quiet area that it is located. After these, there are only bad things to say. Poor internet especially during the evening, very poor and not tasty breakfast, dirty swimming pool and dirty room, not even friendly hosts. There are better and cheaper options around.

Not very good experience. The location is perfect and the resort could be beautiful place, but I think they have to try more with cleaning, internet and breakfast. The people aren't so friendly too and they didn't speak English so much.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
