Some staff is very friendly (bell hop was the best). Some staff was not (first front desk agent I met was not helpful). Room is nice and clean. It’s very odd however to have the glass wall from bedroom to bathroom so you can see someone else doing all the things one does in a bathroom. There is a shade, but it is opaque so kinda pointless. AC works great. There is a pool and restaurant. Close to train. Far if you plan on doing most things in the city proper. It was a good value for quality.

it was my first time in Bangkok and for me it was perfect. The hotel has a nice location, right next to the BTS Phra Khanong station like 15 minutes to the city... A 7/11 also 200 meter on the other side of the street which safed me a couple times during those 2 weeks. My room was clean and quiet. I was at the 4th floor and it was to the back of the hotel. The bad was a little hard but I got used to it pretty fast and had a nice sleep. The staffs are the cutest there. Everyone super friendly and always trying to help. Still wondering how they get not sick sitting there all day in the lobby with the AC at like 20 degrees. So cold 55555. Su Su na.... The cleaning lady was the cutest. Always in a good mood. Sometimes I heard her singing while she was cleaning the other rooms. That was cute. All in one I had amazing 2 weeks and I already miss Bangkok a lot. Maybe we see each other again. Thank you for everything IG Jeannyitb

Had a great stay, stayed for two nights. Room was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. For the price it is very worthy and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location is good easy to see around. Room is clean nice decorated. Transparency for bathroom is little confused see the toilet part too so not great idea. Bad was comfortable and big enough. Didn’t try food have no time. Generally fine place to stay with and price was good 👍🏻

The good: The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The bad: The bed was probably one of the hardest I've ever slept on, the shower had very little water pressure and there is no jacuzzi at the hotel anymore which is the original reason I booked this particular place. All in all it's a decent stay for the money, just be prepared foe the items I listed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
