Wonderful stay at this hotel! Impeccable service, friendly staff, and luxurious amenities. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. The on-site dining exceeded expectations with a diverse menu and delicious offerings. Convenient location and breathtaking views added to the overall delightful experience. Highly recommend for a memorable stay 💗 and Highly recommend room 601 for best view 💗🌄

All the staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception/staff manager were really happy to help and to make sure we had everything we needed. They helped us with storing luggage and arranging transport. There is a large gated courtyard, so we were able to safely keep our bicycles there. The property is in a great location, but it is set back from the road and therefore is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the wifi and the other facilities are good. Breakfast is at the cafe attached to the hotel, and there are a number of options to choose from. The coffee is really good. We will be staying here again if we return to Kathmandu.

My wife and I stayed for a full month at this hotel. It felt like home. The staff (Budha, Karuna and all) were so friendly and helpful every single day. The hotel is quiet and off the street, so it’s an oasis of calm. We strongly recommend!

Great place. In the middle of Thamel, but round the back of the main streets, so it stays quiet. Having stayed in several other places in ktm, this is by far the best value for money. Also, nicely linked to the black olive cafe and you even get views of Ganesh Himal from the roof terrace.

This hotel and the staff were excellent. Buddha and his team helped with every possible need. They really care about their guests, something you dont see alot other places. The rooms were clean, property was safe, and the breakfast offered downstairs at the black olive cafe was delicious. Thank you for a great time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
