Let me be frank. I think it ok to pay for rupiah 200,000 and below for this room. For above than that price, please look for other hotel. Wifi is bad. the bed is dirty - please refer picture i have attached. The smell is very bad. the room smells like toilet. small cockroaches aircond leaking. after telling the worker about this problem, the worker gave extra towel to put on the floor instead of fixing the aircond. haha. thats funny. after i put "DONT DISTURB" label at the door knob. The hotel worker opened the door without knocking....after seeing me in the room.. and pretty pissed... he ask me if i need towel. Funny? haha. So let me do you a favour. if you are going to pay more than 200,000 rupiah or more for this room..PLEASE AVOID IT AND THANK ME LATER.

first of all I would say that I have booked twice at different time so I will update my review. 2 years ago when I want to check in, I was rejected even if I've made a reservation online. I was so dissapointed at that time. a month ago, that's not happened again. smooth check in with nice staff. maybe they change the management. plus : location is perfect and the pool is wonderfull. minus : no good views from the room.

AC room exploded on 10PM...bugs everywhere....moved to other same type of room with same bugs family there. I want to check out & refund payment..they not allowed it. The manager / Nurul (via phone) just let a poor young girl accounting staff who in charge at reception desk to solve this situation . She all alone on duty without any other staff. What a mess management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL PLS ! Seriously.

The condominium hotel --although in central Jakarta-- is not very easy to get to. It has a.lot of rooms. It does not provide breakfast. But it does have a kind of common room where guests can have their meals. The rooms are not very clean. The beds and linen are just the same. No wifi connection. But the area outside ia nice enough. A number of food stalls are available so that finding somewhere for dinner is not quite a problem.

This might be the worst experience of my staycation. The room was so awful. Dirty, bad quality of the air. Cigarete smoke-smelled. The unfriendly and impolite staffs. A musty bathroom. Bad room lighting. Even my bathroom is still better for sleep than this room. And don't forget, you can also find coackroach in the room. I got room number UG26. I paid around IDR. 400 thousand via online booking application. Another things, the air of the room not so hygene. You need to bring your own air freshner to make the room little bit comfortable. For sure I only can give 1 star. The good thing is only tge location. It is located to the middle of the city

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
