Would I return? 5/5 Bang for buck: 5/5 A. Prices: 5/5 THB350 in low season for internal room (no window) with huge bed; THB450 for room with two small beds and window. Both w/ private WC B. Comfort: 3/5, basic C. Closeness to restaurants: 4.5/5 D. Closeness to buses: 3.5/5-4/5 depends where you're going E. Quiet: 2/5 in day (rennovation next door, manager warned me before I checked in); 5/5 at night F. Hot water: 3.5/5, good enough but except for a few seconds very warm was the best I could get unless I reduced the flow G. Security: 3/5 deadbolt plus internal chain but must turn key in at front desk when depart for day. One of other rooms had an ordinary doorknob and looked liked it had been repaired after being smashed in H. Warmth: 5/5 each bed has appropriate size duvet I. Aircon: 4.5/5 filters clean, cold enough, remote works J. Fan: 0/5 unless you operate AC unit as fan only K. TV: 2/5 just a few channels, including one English film channel? L. Mattress: 2.5/5. Cheap, a little bit uncomfortable but certainly not too soft. When I tested two other rooms the mattresses were much worse. I had to add one duvet to make it barely acceptable. This is not the Hyatt with Sealy Posturpedic - $$$$$ M. Drinking water: 5/5 two small free daily N. Trash can: 5/5 cleaner uses a liner bag O. Toilet: 3/5 western style, I prefer Eastern (squat) P. Bum gun: 4.5/5 pressure not too high, but also not a sprinkle Q. Space: 1/5 to 4/5, single room with one huge bed was very small, larger room plenty big for one R. Storage surface: 1/5 minimal S. Closet: 2/5-3.5/5 one small rack with two hangers, but larger room had a real closet and cupboard T. Fridge: 0/5 U. Toiletries: 4.5/5, given the rock bottom basics - soap bar and shampoo for two. In Cambodia at equivalent standard I get a comb and toothbrush kit V. Cleanliness: 5/5, though cleaner is grumpy W. Plumbing: 3/5 toilet plugged one night despite my not using TP. Told to change rooms. Management and staff both seemed to think I was responsible for it. X. Furniture: 2.5/5 No table & chairs, stool(s) only. Side table Y. Trust: 2/5, must leave damage deposit. Z. Mirror: 5/5, yes

Really nice place! I stayed here twice and definitely will come back! Prices are good for the standard and location, rooms are clean, beds comfortable, air conditioning amazing for Bangkok heat and staff is above amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Free coffee or tea and a piece of cake every morning for a good start of the day! Highly recommend!

Cheap and cheerful....booked an hour or so before arrival due to me absolutely hating the Sky Hotel we'd foolishly booked or two nights. Thara house was a pleasure to stay in and they even allowed us a cheap late check out. Neat and tidy room with good aircon, clean beds and good shower....what more would you want? Would I stay again.......absolutely. Staff are pleasant and helpful as well.

Loved it here. Ended up using as our common hub. Spent 12 nights in total over a period of 3 months whilst traveling through S.E.A. Great location, wifi, private bathroom, shower, air con, quiet, friendly desk staff, internet cafe, food and cafe, opposite ferry, sites and attractions, markets everywhere.

Good place to sleep in Bangkok, very cheap, clean and in order. Shower and bathroom ensuite. It's almost on Khao San Road, but more peaceful place. Matress could be better, aircon works fine, as well TV. Overall 4 stars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
