Not the fanciest place but who needs fancy? Location can't be beat for convenience. It's not the closest to the old city but the proximity to the hbf means you can get anywhere easily and that there are food options 24/7 Staff was very helpful, friendly, and thankfully spoke English. I messed up my booking but they were able to help me and very patient with me. Breakfast was awesome. So fresh and delicious. Only issues: the room smelled weird even after airing out - I guess that's what you get when 6 people share a little room. My bed was so so squeaky which was annoying for the other people in the room I'm sure. Recommend showering at night as the hot water runs out in the morning and you're left with freezing cold water.

The best thing about the hostel was definitely the fenomenal service. Sebastian from the reception was helping us in every matter and very welcoming. If you want to have good service and are open for talks and getting to know new people, I can only recommend this hostel!

Good hostel with great location. It is near to main bus station and train station. Only 15 minutes walking distance to old town. The Italian receptionist Sebastian who duty at night is very helpful and friendly. I reached the hostel at midnight without dinner and he welcome me with warm drink. You can making new friends easily here and I had a very wonderful time stay here. Definitely recommend to everyone.

You get what you pay for. I just needed a place to sleep after Oktoberfest which this was perfect for. Very close to train station, public transport, and festival location. On a loud street and the rooms don’t have AC or fans. Got extremely warm at night. No soap in showers. If you aren’t picky it’s amazing. Felt pretty clean and decent

Worst experience Italian receptionist forced me to pay for already paid book aggressively.I explained many times but he never listened and took it. He even provoked me In my language. Other staffs were nice.but because of him I won’t stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
