        DO NOT STAY HERE! This was the worst place we stayed on our 2 week vacation. The "classic" room as they call it is the not yet renovated room. The showers had scolding hot water only, which they fixed the next day but the turn nozzle was very confusing and not marked Hot and Cold. The toilet ran every 7 seconds and we had to shut it off in order to sleep. Just when we thought that was bad, we woke up at 8am to loud banging and hammering sounds. They were tearing down the stairs and side of the building that we were staying in! It was the front part but so close to our room. They had to caution off the sidewalk and we had to take a long detour to our car. We stayed 2 nights because we had a full schedule while there. We spoke to the manager upon checking out. The response of "we are excited for the renovations to be completed and what our rooms will be" did not sit well with me. I was there then, not a year from now when the rooms will be done. He attempted to help us get a refund in which it was denied. They should not rent out rooms in the same exact building where walls and stairs are being torn down and structure damage is taking place. Being on the 2nd floor, I was really nervous and glad we didn't stay any longer than we did. I will be pursuing other outlets in hopes of getting some kind of reimbursement or shutting this place down until it can properly accommodate guests.

        Apartments are newly renovated. Staff pleasent. Short term rentals available. Airbnb style rooms available also. Just all around good experience Management also listened and Were understanding. My short term stay has been fantastic

        Beware this building is in the process of being renovated and depending on what Outlet you use to book your room you will not know if you are getting a renovated room or an old room that smells like smoke and looks like an old motel room. We were Beyond disappointed after booking this and realizing it was more like a motel than an upscale getaway. I cannot speak to what the renovated rooms look like because our room didn't look like the pictures and it certainly was not an updated room. The room smelled like smoke, the carpet was torn in multiple places, the door was dirty, there was chipping paint, the sprinkler had rust, the couch looks like it's from 1970s, the tile on the kitchen floor was cracked, the sink was old and had a broken handle , the bathroom lighting was very dim, the bathtub had ripped safety mat , the bed skirts had stains and holes in them, the fan had clearly not been dusted in who knows when, just overall bad decor , bad smell and bad feel . And the TVs must be 13 inch TVs . The ONLY good part about this experience is once I contacted the owner they were very responsive and said that a refund would be issued in 3 to 5 days. I can update the review later to verify if we did receive a refund but he did follow up with a message apologizing again, so that is the only reason I can give it two stars. In terms of staying at this property it's a hard no and I would not refer anyone to stay here. I would be interested in checking back in 6 months to a year to see if the complete property has been 100% renovated. Based on the response from the owner I would be willing to stay at a different property that they own but not this one, not now. I did ask to be moved to a renovated room but they said that those rooms were already booked, I also asked if they had other properties that we could stay at and they said they didn't have any available at this time. I wasn't initially looking for a refund I just needed to be in a suitable room but since that was not an option a refund is naturally the only option. The room we were placed in was all the way in the back with very poor lighting and I did have safety concerns. Hopefully the owners will be able to turn this property into somewhere worthy of the $200 a night price tag. The pictures shown on the Google review page is absolutely 100% nothing like the room we entered.

        Ok first of all, The pictures are not of the actual room/unit you will be getting. This was a dumpy hotel before and it's a dumpy hotel now. You guys advertise it as "luxury buckhead condo's". It's not as nice as the Darlington used to be before they renovated it. There are tons of lights out so your walking in dark passageways, the bathrooms smell like mildew, sofa looks like a cat has used it as a scratching post. I took my concerns to the front desk and was quickly told I could not get a refund nor would they switch me into a renovated room. This was prolly the worst hotel experience I've had...stay clear I give this one a hard "NO".

        Great location and amazing condos. I was lucky enough to be the first guests checked into one of the brand new units for the first time on Friday and I have to say that this will be my go to location going forward for my business trips to Atlanta. The fully stocked kitchens, the Keurig Coffee Makers, being a few minutes from everything and the convenience of parking are second to none.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
