All the places I had stayed while in Portugal this by far the best service and best room. They were very nice to me when I first walked in. They let me check in early, and the room was just beautiful. I had the best sleep in this place. Didn't wanan leave my bed because the bed was so soft. I wish I had stayed at this place for my first 3 nights in Lisbon. But only stayed one night. End the trip on a very good sleep. Thank you so much. The front desk lady was so helpful and super nice. Loved her ❤️

The location is convenient and you can walk to a lot of places or are near bus/metro stations. The staff is nice and helpful. The room we stayed in (104) is spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, if you are a light sleeper I recommend staying somewhere else. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear a lot of noises (shower, hairdryer, talking) from other rooms. Also, cleanliness could be better.

Overall stay was acceptable. Room comfortable and secure. Service on point. Top floor room was cool and noise was at a minimum. Lacks a kettle and coffee/tea in the room or common area which is a tad inconvenient for early risers. Toilet window and drape has blind spots that compromise privacy. Main and toilet doors are out of alignment and do not close easily.

Awful experience at this hotel. When we got there, they gave us a room with a whole in the mattress and with a shower that didn't drain. How could they not know about these 2 issues?.. We reported the issues as soon as we found out. The only solution that was provided to us for our first night was to put a blanket in the whole in the mattress. This is unacceptable. The hotel promised us compensation for these issues. They had us wait for our whole stay telling us they would come back to us shortly with an offer. They never did despite us asking many times. In the end, they refused to reimburse us, and they did absolutely nothing to compensate us. This hotel deserves 0 stars.

The hotel is centrally located to the station, churches, restaurants, the lift up to the castle, and souvenir shops. Everything! Our room was spacious and with a balcony. Air-conditioning and a small fridge. It's definitely a bonus!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
