Home away from home 💛 Angelica, Simona, and the rest of the crew would go far and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I love all the reading and peaceful corners you can find. The breakfast is so nice. The rooms and their famous bathtub with tv are perfect to relax. Only point to improve is the temperature. It’s just too hot at night even with the AC on as it doesn’t work below the fixed temp. I can’t wait to come back with my service dog soon.

We stayed there for more than a week, and it felt like home. The staff were nice and friendly and helped us alot without any hesitation, they are truly professional. The room was spacious and had all the amenities that we need.

Fantastic young staff and quite clean. Bhuuuttt, the hot water isn't really hot and the air-conditioning isn't really cold, so you need to take warm (not hot) showers and keep the windows (& door for a cross breeze) open so it's not stuffy in your room. IF you leave the windows open at night to cool down (I was here in late Sept & can't imagine what summer is like), be warned that Heathrow Airport REALLY gets swinging (er, um, flying as the case may be) at about 0430 and the flights take off/land about every 45 seconds (I know this b/c I was awake and wishing I wasn't). There's also a subway or something that rumbles along underneath the building. Also, the rooms are, immm, compact (SMALL)... AS in: do NOT bring anything larger than one carry-on bag. There literally is NO space for more than 1 carry-on. If you're 2 people, try to fit your stuff into ONE Carry-on. If you need to get out of the bed and put your feet on the floor, A larger checked bag won't fit in the bedroom. Ergo, you'll need to put your larger bag in the bathroom, but then you won't be able to move in the bathroom. The rooms are SMALL. Maybe we just got the tiniest room - I have no idea. London is expensive. This hotel is clean and the young people running it are super sweet; just don't expect ANY space, a view, hot water or air conditioning. If you're coming to London to experience the town, this hotel is great. Just don't spent too much time in your room.

This hotel is perfect. It’s very cozy, extremely clean, i litteraly felt like home and I never feel like this in hotels. The food was amazing and the staff was extremely kind and responsive. The overall vibe is very intimate, everything looks luxurious (especially the bathrooms) and the bed was the comfies bed ever!!! Amazing place, will definitely return when revisiting London.

-The metro sounds are very loud in the room it makes me uncomfortable and I can’t sleep well! -There is no entrance for people with special needs or the strollers at the entrance !! It will be the last time fir sure

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
