The highlight is the pool, if you are a professional athlete, this hotel will be great fit!🏊🏻‍♀️ There are two buildings, I recommend the newer one, its almost always pretty empty, bit the rooms are in much cleaner state. Staff is understanding. And there are adorable cats in the lobby. Gym available, but only opens at 11am.😔 There isn’t a breakfast buffet, but thats no problem, a lot of food stalls are a walking distance away!😋 Prices are reasonable, 600 baht for their cheapest room, per night.

Disgusting, it was full of cockroaches, insects and lizards. Beds were stiff and hard. I complained about all this stuff to the staff and they did'nt do anything about it. after this i moved to another hotel and the staff did not want to refund the money of the remaining nights i did'nt stay in this awful place.

Don't stay here Room was dirty, especially floor was dirty even after daily cleaning), ants and cocroaches in bathroom, also bathroom dispenser soap not even work, the bathroom floor was flooded after showering. Aircon was old and loud when you turn on, poor wi-fi. Upon check out the front desk said the towels and bed sheet was dirty. There were a couple of dark stains which can be easily removed by washing but we were asked 500 baht 🤣 i said put it on washing machine cost 50 bath, but the women still said 500 bath. Then we decided to washing in , as we have our deposit money 400 bath and we want have it back. Nearby hotel there is washing machine that cost 100 bath.

Very friendly Staff, they have parking Area, daily laundry service, daily cleaning room service, the room have a good size, quiet place, everything (Supermarktes, BTS, markets) fast available, my first room (No. 409) had Just a bad Bed but after i told them, i became a new room (No. 406). My New room smell a little Bit old, But with a room scent from 7-11 its better. The Hotel have a Elevator and a Security Guard. The aircon works. 😁 the bathroom Looks a little Bit old, But thats OK for me. I paid for the room 600 THB.

Not recommend this place. The old lady from the reception is very rude and unfriendly. She talks and shouts to the customer with a loud voice, very unwelcoming. The superior room is old and dirty. The aircon has a loud noise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
