This resort is bit far from the best beaches of the island. But for sure this is a very comfortable stay. It's better if you hire a bike so that it will be easy to travel to other places of the island. The resort is located in the beach and they provide kayaks at free of cost.

The Aiyapura Resort I was very impressed. I stayed here for 2 nights. The atmosphere is good, shady, beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a swimming pool, a sandy beach and kayaks available for free. Importantly, the service is very good. The staff is very polite. During the day, you will see many peacocks walking around the resort. At my room, the peacocks visited the balcony every morning. Breakfast is perfect.❤️

One of the best hotels in Koh Chang and truly recommend. We shall definitely come back and bring more friends and customers to stay here. Excellent staff service level. Facilities are great that we customers dont have to go out but just enjoy within the resort. Foods are good and very good service.

Resort in a wonderful location, nice and spacious villas, fantastic sea+pool view, good restaurant, excellent breakfast buffet, with some dishes prepared on the fly according to your own tastes. However, the entire complex would need restoration and embellishment, they certainly also suffered from the pandemic. The stay was relaxing and first of all I liked the absolute calm.

The place is awesome. Great breakfast Professional staff. They help us to get a better room. The owner son is very polite and make sure everyone have a great time. the resort is huge and great for family time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
