Can’t be more satisfied with our stay of 3 nights. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff/ managers were more than amazing in contacting me about my special request to help me surprise him with a little birthday set up in our room upon arrival. The setup was perfect and he was definitely surprised. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to everything. The spa room we stayed in was lovely and very clean. Will definitely stay again for any future trips. Highly recommend.

We stayed here at the end of December 2023. Amazing location close to everything. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Robert at the valet desk went out of his way to make decaf coffee for me (they usually provide regular complimentary coffee at the main lobby area). Andrew at the front desk fulfilled my requests with a smile. I asked for a measuring tape which I didn't think they would have but he did and saved me lots of time trying to find it at a nearby store. Rooms are clean. Housekeepers did a great job. We were overall very pleased with our experience.

We chose this hotel for a trip down to Seattle from Vancouver, BC for my partner's birthday and to attend the NHL Winter Classic. This hotel has a great location and is within walking distance to T-Mobile Park as well as Lumen Field, and is only two blocks from the pier. Such wonderful service from the hotel - Bryon provided us with complimentary valet parking and a room upgrade for our stay. Super kind - we appreciated that so much. When we arrived, there was no room in their parking lot unfortunately (which was no fault of the hotel's) but fortunately there was free parking all weekend on the street. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with no noise at all from any neighboring rooms. Looking forward to our next stay here!

The hotel is great and is walking distance from Seattle’s main attractions. But the real reason I’m leaving a review is for Alice at the front desk. She’s a sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken cared of. I hope management is taking care of Alice as much as she takes care of the guest. She is a national treasure to be cherished. Thank you Alice for making our stay so pleasant!

Had a short trip to Seattle and didn't want to drive around because we were mainly sticking to the downtown area. The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel is perfectly located in the area and we just needed to walk to the places we wanted to go. On site Valet parking is offered and well worth the money for the peace of mind that our car was looking after. Both Valet attendants were friendly & professional. Front desk staff were cheerful & professional. Room was spacious and our room actually has 2 TVs !! Bed is comfortable although a bit too soft for our liking. Open shower looks nice but a bit impractical since water splashed everywhere. We are used to stay in chain hotels and it's nice to stay in a boutique style hotel. Good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
