We had a wonderful time through New Years. Beautiful historic hotel with a art deco decor. The staff were fantastic and solved a room problem quickly. Special thanks to Jason Smith (manager) for his special attention. We'll be back next year.

I stayed here for the Chicago Marathon and it was perfect in all aspects! The location is just under a mile walk to Grant Park which was great for a warm up walk to the starting line. There is tons of things to do around the hotel. The staff went above and beyond for myself and the other runners, they provided a wide "runner's breakfast" on the morning of to get us full of carbs, vitamins and prepare us. Whenever I called guest services for requests, they were able to help me and provided the best service that I've had at a hotel in a long time. The workout center had enough equipment to meet my needs and the room also had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for marathon goers!

This is a great hotel, but you need to manage expectations. The rooms are tiny, but very comfortable. There is a lot of noise, not just from being downtown but because the building is older, so bring earplugs if that is an issue. The water pressure and hot water are amazing, a rare treat in a hotel!! The service is excellent, the location is very convenient, and the value is appropriate.

Wonderful hotel, in a perfect location. Especially if running in the Chicago Marathon. They had coffee and pastries at 5am on race day and it was only a 12min walk to the start line corrals. Rooms are on the smaller side but more than adequate. Lobby bar and lounge is very spacious and nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
