        Perfect location, what you see in the pictures is not what you get in the rooms. The place is nicely decorated in the web pictures and some of the small items are not in the rooms when you get to the place. We booked 5 rooms and only 1 room had a working air con. When you report it, they will send someone to pretend as if they care to check it. On the first night, he said the remote had no batteries, but we could see that the remote was on. I asked him about the brand name on the remote and the aircon that it wasn't the same brand hence they were not communicating. We left after 3 nights, and the aircons were still not working. The lifts and rooms uses access cards for opening, the room numbers are hand written on a sticker that is placed on the card, the stickers get dirty over time and not effort was made to clean the access cards.

        We were given a room with a double bed. When I asked for a room with a queen bed (as advertised) I was told that there were only two rooms in the “hotel” with queen beds and they were unavailable. I was also told that I hadn’t requested a queen bed and there was nothing that could be done to help me. I even requested that a single bed be brought into the room and was told that that too was impossible. I was told that a manager would contact me the next day but I’m still waiting! False advertising as on the website it states very clearly that beds are queen sized. Disappointing. Won’t be back and will definitely not recommend to others.

        I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Perfect location. I was here for the weekend of The Sanlam Cape Town Marathon. Walking distance to the beach. Lots of restaurants in the road. The hotel has its own restaurant down stairs. I went to the Italian restaurant, next door and the meal was absolutely delicious. You can get an Uber easily and safely and grocery store and pharmaceutical stores are within walking distance. The staff took great care of me. I will definitely return. Safe parking for tenants. Spacious rooms with shower and bath. Loved the balcony.

        I stayed at this hotel and it was horrible. There were dead roaches outside in the balcony and the room was extremely small. It was nothing as advertised and the hotel manager was really rude and unfriendly. There was flies everywhere and everything was old and dusty and the room was not cleaned properly. Staying at this hotel was not worth the money I spend and I'm never going back here again!!

        We booked a room for three people and the room was quite spacious and reasonable. The room and bathroom was clean and room service was also available. The location of this hotel is a plus. Most of the tourist locations are close and both Bolt and Uber are available. The beach is walkable distance from the hotel and there are plenty of local food option available next to it. It was little cold inside the room and we were provided with extra blankets when we asked.
