        Excellent Service. Beautiful Hotel. Good Value. 4 night stay. Staff were wonderful. The room very comfortable, noted that the room was rather warm when checked in, but issue was soon rectified by staff. A very restful sleep. The elegantly refurbished hotel provides first class amenities. Conveniently located to everything. 6702 Airport Bus will take you to door.

        Even though the hotel had room availability for my check-out date when I checked in, they were very conservative about offering late check-out benefits. There were a total of 3 room changes during my stay. The first room was blocked by a housekeeping cart, and the room door was already open before I entered, so I requested a room change. In the second room, there were hairs and cookie crumbs, but it was so difficult that I gave up on room changes and requested cleaning. Immediately after entering the room, the hotel staff provided a humidifier and air purifier, checked the areas for lack of cleaning, and offered a special upgrade in consideration of allowing me to stay consecutive nights, so I moved to the third room. After checking into the Ambassador Suite, I was very satisfied with my stay as the room was great and clean. Additionally, the service provided by the duty managers who tried to provide appropriate compensation for this inconvenience was excellent. However, the general staff's service and housekeeping staff definitely need to work harder to improve. I continued to request an invoice (folio) to my stay right after check-out, but I was only able to receive my stay invoice (folio) today, about 19 days later. I requested several times by email and phone, but my requests were ignored and I was very, very disappointed. My honest rating for my stay would be Dissatisfied, but due to the dedicated and excellent service from some of the staff, I would give it a 10 (Extremely Satisfied) this time.

        One of my favorite room in a hotel. The view is stunning (even from the jacuzzi or shower), kids loved the slide and bunk bed😁 3 different schedules to enjoy the lounge but you need to make reservation with the app, staff is not confident to help on that unfortunately. Breakfast is full of choices and good. About situation of the hotel, Metro is near to reach touristic places 👍

        We stayed for 1 night at the Pullman. We booked the executive room and it was all included through out the stay. You get to enjoy the afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast. I always feel the staff were kind and friendly at Seoul Pullman. The hotel gets busy on the weekend so you should book dinner time from 3 different slots. We had dinner from 8:30pm till 10pm. It was the only downfall that we couldn't get to enjoy fully. I also booked 2 rooms but 2 of my friends couldn't make the afternoon tea so I asked the staff if I could get some take away for them but the staff advised me that it's not allowed to take the foods out from the lounge area. Maybe it'd be nice if we could take some for people who couldn't make for any reason for that time. Overall it was a nice stay and I love the staff's friendlyness and choices of the breakfast.

        We just came off a 15hour flight with a baby and wanted a good night sleep. When we got to the room it was way too hot 26.5-27 very uncomfortable. When we called down the said they would call the engineer to look into it. Half hour -hour later it was still too hot, so they sent the engineer to change the filter in our room which was 4am, still didn't do anything. The next morning when we went to spoke to the manager he apologized. We told him won't be able to stay at the hotel if it stays that hot. He moved us to a bigger room for the night but when we went to shower the bathroom flooded and it was still to hot. The restaurants in the hotel don't open until 10-11am so if you want breakfast or coffee they expect you to order room service. We ordered eggs for hour baby and they were ice cold. When I had called down to get a coffee they had told me they would be getting if from one of the restaurants which was fine because I had gotten it from there before. When we received the bill the coffee was double the price 16,500 for one coffee. This is not a 5 star hotel.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
