I hosted a birthday drinks and dinner in the private dining rooms at the Ampersand Hotel. The Library Room and the Game's Room. The service was very good and the staff both friendly and helpful. The private group dining menu although limited was very good and the food was excellent. We had a great time and thanks go to Joanna and the rest of the serving and waiting team.

Love both our stay and our science afternoon tea here. The service was top notch and so friendly and thoughtful. The room was small but adorable and outfitted with so many thoughtful touches. (Rubber duckie is still my favorite, but the snacks and drinks were great as well) The science afternoon tea is probably my favorite tea so far in all of London - gluten free offering was delicious and I loved the “moon” cake! The location seriously can’t be beat. We look forward to coming back again and hopefully trying the Jurassic tea next time!

We did the science tea here a couple of years ago and wanted to return for the Jurassic Park tea. Ended up finding a great deal on the hotel itself so decided to book both. The tea was as usual fantastic! So creative and yummy. Cocktails were amazing. As others have said, the hotel room itself is small. If you have young kids and you plan to spend any time in the room it’s definitely a squeeze. But that’s our only complaint. The service is amazing, the room is clean and quiet and the location is fantastic. We loved our stay, start to finish. Huge thank you for allowing us to check out late when we got delayed in the morning! Wish more hotels would understand that little things like that make a huge difference!

We just had the dinosaur afternoon tea. It was very good. All the food was excellent! My children really liked the dry ice on the volcano. The service was really quick and friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
