Very rude receptionist. I am stay in this hotel more than 2 years. All the staffs are very hospitality except Angelyn, i reported 3days ago our washing basin is blocked, however until i come back from my off days It's still blocked! No onecame to fix it. I passed by reception and inform her can you send someone, first of all she is not saying hi, secondly, she said maintenance guy already finished duty, if it's emergency you should tell me in the morning! I told her that i already informed this matter to her colleague few days ago, she reply me: yes! but it was not me, you did not inform me! so kind like she is not part of reception! How it is so difficult to get my washroom fixed! Such a attitude!

Housed in one of the oldest buildings ever built on Sheikh Zayed Road from the 1980's and has been refurbished over the years. The best part of the stay was the interaction with Mr. Lakshman at the front desk who is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and trustworthy. The hotel/serviced apartments are mainly in block A but other facilities are in other blocks which may be bothersome. The metro station is adjacent to the establishment as is the exhibition center. The rooms are big but with shortcomings in terms of bed comfort and shower quality, lack of carpeted floors makes it less homey. The elevators are also slow. Prices off-season are very competitive.

Photos in google map are not reflecting the reality. Photos are modernized by photoshop as I think. The price was high comparing to nearby other hotel like Ibis Hotel Place is perfect for exhibition hall. Furnature is old, Room Space is ok The swimming pool is in a deffirent building 🙂. So your room in building A and pool is in building C, arround 60 meters walking arround the building to reach the swimming pool. There is no toothpaste and brush, but you have to ask for it and they give you. Also there was no hair drier, and when I asked they send me one small like Barbi toys 😂. Breakfast is very nice and fair enough ans people are nice and welcoming. Reception people are very nice and welcoming. for business trip it is ok but not for relaxation.

the worst hotel experience ever, receptionist are so rude, they're looking at us like they are working in a 5star hotel and we can't afford to check in, the way ( WAQAS) talk to us is so rude, he even ask me if there's any damages in the room when we check out, i am there with my wife and my 1yr old baby, if there's damage he should ask the room maintenance since he call them to check the our room, his attitude is very bad ( WAQAS) specifically in a customer service industry very rude receptionist Dec 17, 2023 12:10 pm

The price was at a higher side, buffet was not included…but the location is very near to metro station, so very accessible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
