Very spacious rooms, clean and comfortable hotel in Wang Chuk Hang. Get a room with a Sea View - awesome! Breakfast incl is a very good deal - great offering of food. Don't miss their happy hour. Stunning view from the pool deck at SKY

Reception check in and check out was excellent and very quick. Received an upgrade to a harbour view room, which was so nice, especially as I ended up spending so much time in my room due to the storm. It was nice being able to work in my room and have such a nice view. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the subway and nearest bus stop. It's safe to walk to and from the MTR at night as a solo female. The room was nice but several issues. 1) the toilet flush made a very loud noise (see video), the shower door doesn't close properly, the wardrobe door gets stuck and is hard to open. The gym is small but had enough to get a short workout done. The restaurant has a nice vibe, with outdoor and indoor seating, but the staff and food are not great. The staff don't appear to want to be there. The restaurant hours are not long enough considering there are no other food options nearby. The food itself is very average.

Modern chic interior design with spacious graceful bedrooms. Very clean and tidy. Service is excellent, staffs at front desk & housekeeping are amazingly nice & helpful. Meanwhile provided early dining & drinking buy one get one free promotions which is very good deal. I'm having fantastic experience here. Location is perfect. Easy to reach all kind of transportations, Causeway bay, Ocean Park, Repulse Bay & Stanley those sightseeing spot that must visit. Highly recommended with no doubt.

I stayed there for 5 nights in December. The city buddies room was quite comfortable and cozy. The facilities are nice and clean. The room-service ladies are friendly. The in-room beverages and tea-packs are really good. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and the hot beverages are made using automatic machines, which is good for speediness and the taste. I lost a room-keycard once and they issued a new one without charging me. Sometimes, the MTR passes around the building and make some noice, but the rooms are sound-proof so that it can only be heard on the terrace area, where I usually went to enjoy my cigarettes. If you take lots of Uber for transport like me, it is a good point that all the drivers I took knows the hotel for the pickup and drop-off. Overall, I highly recommend the Arca, especially if you like to have privacy and friendliness in one place.

Nice, clean and modern hotel. Room size is above average. The pool on the rooftop is an addon but quite small and not deep nevertheless the views are great. Look for discounts... It's easy to go around as the MTR is just a few minutes away, even when it's quite far from the usual tourist spots.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
