I used the Bluetooth check-in option which was seamless and took about 2 seconds. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I don’t believe this Sonder has kitchens, but for one night, I was fine with that. the bathroom in 505 is huge! Don’t expect a nice view, but for lodging in a large city, this was an excellent value.

The elevator was out, the shower soap/shampoo dispensers didn’t work, and the staff knocked on my door to get me out before my extended check out time. Also the customer service is entirely remote and the building felt a little creepy and empty. Walls of the building are super thin and I was up all night with honking horns and street noise.

Our stay at The Arco exceeded expectations. Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Location was walking distance to many downtown attractions. Free luggage lockers were a huge plus as we needed a secure place for our bags. The app was easy to use.

The room was nice and the location was convenient but if you need anything other than towels and toilet paper you'll be out of luck. Need to print something because you're out of town for a conference? Find a copy shop. Need utensils to eat take out? Can't get them at the hotel. Need water? Find a convenience store. These conveniences that you can ask someone for at a front desk are all not available here. If you just need a bed and bathroom and nothing else, this place will work out.

First time using sonder and wow was it great! The system is kinda like a combo between a hotel and an Airbnb. All the instructions were super clear and they provided everything I needed. This location in particular was great in terms of the actual room and the location. I was always a 10-15 min walk from great food or sites.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
