I don’t know why there are a lot of bad comments, the girl at the lobby (lisa I believe ) is very helpful and nice. The lobby is great! You can keep your stuff and stay at their very comfortable sofas or at the rooftop hotel until your flight. The rooms are clean (capsules), location is great, view are super.. great quality/price 👍🏾

On a tight budget, I stayed in the one of the capsules and not the main hotel. The bathroom was little grubby and the place is a good ten minutes trek to the centre but the staff were good and very amiable. The wing where the capsules are located is actually part of a larger hotel which means that, using the capsules, you get all the great economy and ease of using a capsule; but with the added benefits of using an hotel such as gym, pool, restaurant and even rooftop entertainment. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to recommend it to anyone.

the staff was unknowledgeable, the manager had no idea what she was doing and was very rude. not only did she try to charge us 6 million vietnam dong for cancellation due to their misleading information and from their own words of “assistance” she also ended the call on us after being told that we were going to be kept on hold so they can resolve the issue, after this matter they dodged our calls for 30 minutes until we called on a new number they decided to pick up and was of no help for 30 minutes and not a single apology was given. they hotel may be nice BUT DO NOT expect any help from management

Had the displeasure of staying four nights at The Arrivals/Hotel Sunland (whatever it's called) in August 2023. We were told upon checking in that we'd get new towels everyday and our room would be serviced every three days. Our room was not serviced for our entire stay. The two small bins in our room were over-flowing and smelly towards the end of our stay. They didn't change our towels daily either, so one day we asked for a towel change. They took all our towels and left us with two bath towels only - no hand towels or bathmats. We asked numerous staff members on different occasions to service our room - was told it would be done but it never was. Upon checking in, we found the cans of drinks as part of the mini-bar had already been placed in the freezer, so told the staff at the front desk we were worried they would explode, to which they said they wouldn't. Upon checking out, two of the cans had expanded (due to the staff having them in the freezer upon arrival) so they charged us an extra 100,000VND for those two cans which we were furious about. We think this was just a last-ditch effort to squeeze more money out of us as they knew we had to leave for a flight and couldn't stick around to argue the point.Numerous things in the room didn't work - the shower and air conditioner was a hassle to operate. One of us got sick from what we believe was the dirty air-conditioner. The buttons to display "clean", "do not disturb" etc at the front of our door didn't work. The only positive I can think of is the kitchen appeared to be recently renovated with brand new appliances. The TV high-end and fairly new too. Overall, just a cheap and nasty hotel.

Terrible experience. Got an email a few days prior saying that my room was cancelled due to them overbooking the hotel. We had booked two rooms and only got an email for one room. We tried checking in for the other room and they said they couldn’t find the reservation even tho we showed proof that it was paid for. They offered a capsule room which is a shared accommodation. We ended up spending a lot more money for last minuet accommodations due to their faults. Never would recommend anyone to stay here. Save yourself the headache.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
