Great apartment in super fun & trendy location, lots to do and explore if into quirky neighbourhoods and love trying independent small restaurants! Service was easy and friendly which made stay really chilled and enjoyable. Definitely a great spot and good quality/price ratio.

I went with my partner in early December last year, and we were super comfortable. The location was amazing. The apartment was very well equipped, it had practically everything automatic and there was even Netflix. The bed was huge. The views also from the terrace were fantastic, we could see the skyline of london. The treatment of the staff was also great. I would certainly repeat if I ever go back to London.

I booked one of these apartments through Airbnb. The photos looked amazing and the host was friendly. Initially. However when we arrived we were greeted with lots of issues that were obviously cropped out of the photos. The host was initially helpful but then became defensive and was very nasty via Airbnb messaging. After my 8 year old son and I left to go to a hotel (the street/nearby pub noise was unbearable) the host has put a false review under my name on Airbnb saying that I brought a group of people who partied and had someone who was aggressive towards the host? It was literally myself and my 8 year old son were the only ones who stayed there? Not to mention I didn’t meet the host? I have reported Pery to Airbnb for breaching terms and conditions by falsifying a review in retaliation for my bad experience.

It was quite an amazing experience staying at this property. Every thing was properly placed and cleaned and managed from check to to check out, i have not faced a single issue. Host was very very much helping and cooperative. I enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommend every one to stay here. :-) Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
