Checked in at 3pm, room was okay at first noticed a few mosquitos around the room. Went for a walk came back 1 hour later, opened the door and seen a gecko in the room and lots more mosquitos, then noticed the patio door didn't close properly leaving about half an inch gap,there was 2 more geckos in the room. we checked out straight away couldn't stay in this place with 3 lizards and mosquitos in the bedroom, I got bitten 4 times in the 20 minutes trying to book a hotel elsewhere. It's like they are just letting the rooms rot there's no maintenance. Check out wasn't questioned just given a smile by the owners, Pay the extra 10 dollars to stay in a good hotel

First of all, I am sorry to write this review because the staff was really friendly and helpful. But the accommodation was a disaster The room 202 was much older than you see in the pictures There were mold in the bathroom and can't even lock and has no curtains between shower and toilet. The fact that the room does not seem to be cleaned properly and you need to pay more if you want somebody to come and clean. The worst part was the noises of drilling and hammering every morning, water dropped from the AC and hearing peoples walking all nights as they apologized that the room was next to the stairs of the next buildind we couldn't sleep at all and one time i want to use the hair dryer i plugged and i saw some weird light inside so i unplugged and for just 2s it smell burn and I not dare to use it again. I stayed 3-4nights already and They can offer me to change room because I still have about 1 more weeks and I already paid but i ask to look at the new room it was exactly the same. So i won't have to think much. I ask for the refund but i can only get 50% back from the 1week that i have left. If only it show as in the pictures i will not take it all. But well people fail on good photo in the internet. But the location was the heart of the city as all i know. Otherwise, I will not recommend it if you want to come for a good vacation. Unless you looking for somewhere with low budget.

Don’t go there. It’s a complete dumpster of a place. I got sent to the 5th floor and the stairs got steeper, which ended up being a ladder to climb up to my room. Half way up said ladder the lights turned off (sensor light). When I got to the room the A/C didn’t work and it was filthy. Looked ok online but it’s a dive. Stay away from here.

one of the worst hotels in my life. at first glance, everything is not so bad - the housing in reality is worse than in the photo, but this is not a very big problem. The main “surprise” was waiting for us at 2 am, when we woke up from a loud noise from above. There were rats running inside the ceiling, loud enough and we woke up from it. The staff couldn't help because all the rooms were occupied. terrible place, do not move here

Very friendly staff.. room (rear with small window) was fine with washing machine cooker etc .. mezzanine bed ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
