        Positives: surrounded by restaurants, offers in room coffee, hot water, close to train stations, and working elevator. Staff is nice and helpful. Feedback: mold in bathrooms, marked up walls, stained floors, etc. Both cab drivers I had said they leave the city before it gets dark and the neighborhood the hotel is in is not the safest. The hotel can’t do anything about it’s location but cleanliness could be attainable with a little more oversight and care.

        Do you like the smell of a latrine? Then this is the hotel for you! The bathroom smell was only tolerable in the room if the door was kept closed. The bathroom smell was only tolerable in the bathroom if you held your breath and wished for death. No pictures posted because you can’t capture smelliness in a photo. When asking the staff about it, they replied, “can imagine” and that “sometimes they get smells coming up from the ground but it goes in different directions.” Having said that, the rooms were affordable and spacious. My son’s room didn’t smell and he thought the place deserved 4-5 stars.

        Tired after a long flight and the last thing we wanted was to flail around travelling to a hotel. It was as simple as getting to the rail network from the airport, purchasing a ticket, getting to the main station in Frankfurt then walking for about 8 mins. Rooms were functional and exactly what we needed after our travels. Lots of eateries and convenience stores around the hotel too.

        The room was freezing cold. The cleaning stuff doesn't speak English or German, they entered our room at the first day 2( !) times and the only thing they could answer is OK, because they don't understand any word. On the second day we wanted to rest before the long way but they entered the room at 9 in the morning and didn't give us any chance to sleep.... The room was dirty. I don't recommend.

        We stay one night in Frankfurt to adjust jet lag after 10 hours flight and booked a family suite. It turns out to be two connected standard room (much better). The reception allow us to store the luggage before check in at 3pm. Location is very good.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
