Do not stay at this hotel! It is so loud. They have AC units in the windows which allows all the sound from the street (extremely busy and loud street) to come right into your room. The walls are thin and you can here what is happening in the room next to you. You cannot securely lock the bedroom door from the inside. Anyone with the code can get into your room. Whether you are in or not. There is no one at the property most of the time. You have to call a phone number to get in. You need to type codes on 3 different keypads including the one for your room. There are no hairdryer. All the bedding is 100% polyester. Very uncomfortable. The ironing board is so tiny. You have to set it up on a table of some sorts. Except there are no tables in the room. No desk and no chair to sit to allow to work. Stay somewhere else!

We booked to go to a concert 0.66 miles away, the truth is we did not expect such a good reception, the security of this boutique hotel is excellent, the price, the location, the room but especially the sheets, the bed, the pillows! It fascinated us! There is a parking lot for $15.00 across the street for 12 hours and in the surrounding area, we parked two blocks away and it cost $30.00 for 24 hours, we will definitely return and I recommend this boutique hotel, one of the owners has excellent service!

I often stayed in this boutique hotel, one of my highly favorite hotel in downtown LA. Rooms are extremely neat and clean and the sheets baby, the moment you landed you body on it, felt like u dont have to wake up and just stayed in the comfort of it. This boutique hotels caters the aminities and services of a 5 star hotel, they have way better rooms than the 5 star hotels you see nearby. Staff and owners are very cool people and service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel if you come to DTLA and if you book direct, can you simply a good deal, trust me mostly cheaper than online reservation. Try it.

**This place is not what it once was, I'm can honestly say I regret reserving in 2024,** # DANGEROUS AREA IN THE EVENING!! PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS ⚠️ - NEWLY IMPLEMENTED SUPRISE CHARGES ON ARRIVAL, Undisclosed fees/charges on arrival which cost more than the room itself. Which Violates City/T&R Ordinance. (IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE AN ADVANCE NOTICE.. ) # SERVICE AND STILL HASNT CREDITED BACK FOR MY RESERVATION **This place once was the only Hotel I would stay at in DTLA, As of now I will no longer to book with them even as a last resort. These new workers completely ruined the Ambiance/Energy/Definition of The Audemar. It just feels cheap and dirty and disappointing. ** Notice there are so many better options for equal or better value please evaluate your options **

I stay here 4 or 5 times a year. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Booking and check in are a breeze. The staff is very helpful and attentive to your needs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
