I booked 4 nights in this hotel and I was told that they only change bedsheets once every three days. The mattress for twin beds feels like a rock, not comfortable at all. - Location is up a hill, which is a pain when carrying your suitcase. Do not make a mistake to book this hotel. - Photo is the bed after the “clean-up” service

We recently stayed here in The B akasaka, they accept luggage storage if you arrive early and have free donuts 3pm-7pm and 24hrs coffee/espresso. The room size is bigger than expected for the price. You have a beverage refrigerator, tv, water heater and free toothbrush. The location is near the Akasaka station (biz tower or harry potter) if you walk straight towards the stoplight. For Filipinos there is a filipino staff on the morning shift. They also did charge us extra for the change of date when we made changes in our reservations because of our delay. Kudos to this hotel and definitely will be our pick again when we go back to Tokyo.

Lovely quiet location very near Akasaka upmarket high street and metro. Clean rooms with good blackout curtains. We paid for breakfast but were not told the restaurant was closed and we had to pick up a bento box at reception of processed white bread filled with a greasy cold pork cutlet. One of us was vegetarian and that box was just lettuce and broccoli!! We gave them back. Just one tiny coffee machine in reception that always needed maintenance. No bar but just convenient hotel to sleep while out all day in the city.

Really nice hotel, good space in the rooms and helpful staff, only thing to consider is, it is at the top of a hill so with heavy backpacks/end of a busy day can be tiring. Very nice area!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
