Love this place. It’s a bit small but standard business hotel size for Tokyo. Location is amazing, walking distance to everything. And the staff were so helpful with all the questions we had. Will be staying again in a month when we revisit again :)

Location is good, room was a bit tight but clean. The shower with many settings is impressive and was a favorite feature of the room. No view from the room. The layout of the room rather strange. The window is too close to the bed headboard and it can get chilly, but with window closed it gets hot. Breakfast was tasty and pancakes in the lobby were a good addition. Latte art machine didn’t work unfortunately. There were drink tickets provided that you can exchange for a beer or juice in the lobby. Nice and quiet hotel.

Clean, modern facility. Helpful, accommodating staff and speaks English. Best feature of my stay without a doubt has to be the shower. Many settings from both an overhead and handheld shower. Location is amazing. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo!

Great little hotel in a good location. Centrally located, but on a nice quiet street. Within walking distance from several subway stations. They had lots of nice little amenities and a decent free breakfast. I would definitely try out any of their other hotel locations too.

I stayed at The B Ginza for 3 nights. It was my favourite hotel during my Japan travels. The hotel is close to the train station and lots of restaurants and shops. The room was very quiet and I didn’t hear any noise while sleeping. The shower was amazing. There is also a great complimentary coffee machine in the lobby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
