Our stay had its ups and downs. The location is great, and the front desk service is okay. The room looks a bit old, but the washroom is clean (though there's limited space to put anything). Donuts between 3 pm - 7 pm are a tasty treat, make sure you try some! We tried two rooms. The centralized air control is inconsistent—sometimes too warm, sometimes too cold. One room had an awkward layout; opening a full-size luggage blocked the exit, posing a safety concern in emergencies. While convenient, improvements in aesthetics, air control, and room design would enhance the overall experience.

It is situated on good and convenient location. Best thing was they offered doughnut at reception for everyone. I had a bit time for reserve table at restaurant so I decided to try one. It was about seven and they made it in afternoon. But I didn’t believe . It was so soft, tasty and balance of sweet. Aroma was good too. Staff was good. Building is Bit old but well maintained. Beds need to be deep clean. Rooms are small as always in Japan.

Good value for what you pay for. The rooms are spacious and they provide enough amenities including laundry rooms and a microwave. They are also conveniently located just 10 minutes from Ikebukuro station.

Clean rooms , semi clean but acceptable floor and bathroom. Beds are okay. Hotel is slightly old but well maintained. Free snacks are provided every afternoon along with other sanitary and hygiene products next to front desk. Great location, around a 5 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station

Very accessible. We will surely come again when we visit Japan next time. The staff’English are good and they are all very polite and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
