Great hotel, after staying in loads of similar hotels over the years I was surprised by how modern, clean and spacious (for Japan). I didn't feel cramped in at all. The staff are wonderful, every one was extremely helpful and very kind. They went over and above to accommodate me and my kid. And you get free cakes or doughnuts every day and the free unlimited coffee is very good. Location is perfect. Lawson under hotel and station over the road. I stayed for 7 days visiting my brother and family who live in Tokyo. Reccommd 100%. In case anyone from there reads this - thank you very much indeed.

I stayed here for a week. It's nice that it's close to a lot of places. Train station is 5 min walk. The room was clean, and the staff was accommodating. I had breakfast included. It's always the same meal. I kinda hoped it would be different every day. There is a coin laundry which was very useful for long stay.

Stayed here for 9 nights. I chose this hotel for the price and it was near Temple University which I was visiting. The front desk are friendly and provide excellent service. The room is cleaned and replenished everyday. The hotel is conveniently located near 2 train stations. It is just two stops away from Shibuya. The area has a lot of stores, restaurants and bars. There's a department store across which is convenient. The main street is also parallel to more quiet streets and are good for a nice stroll. It is nice to have a hotel like this to go back to after a long day in Tokyo.

This hotel is two blocks from the Sangenjaya subway station and seems to be the only hotel in the area. Expect to haul your luggage up steep stairs at the station and get into the hotel. (There is an elevator up to the rooms.) Our room was small (by US standards) but very clean and reasonably comfortable. The beds were fine. The hotel breakfast was varied with decent coffee, but do not expect fresh fruit or whole grains. The staff have very limited English so are not always able to help with navigating the area or other questions. They did call a cab for us. The neighborhood is crammed with little restaurants and small shops, fun to walk. This location is south and west of the center of Tokyo, off our maps, but the subway is close.

Nice place to stay. It's clean and the personal is very nice. Breakfast it okay it's mostly rice, chicken, onion soup, bread. You got your shower and toilet and mini fridge, no safe deposit. Around the hotel you got Mac Donald's, convenience stores, pharmacy, different restaurant and metro. In genarly it's good place to stay when you wanna explore Tokyo city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
