Decent budget business hotel in Shimbashi, with no frills. Good if you're looking for a cheap, clean room for a short trip. Location is great, just a few minutes from multiple transit lines. That said, the rooms are small and the beds are hard, with no bathtubs, and I probably wouldn't choose here for an extended stay.

Amazing service - a sudden, intense downpour started shortly after we checked in, when we went to leave to go out and get dinner, the staff at the front desk offered us umbrellas. A great location, an easy and interesting walk from Shimbashi Station. Plenty of Izakaya and restaurants close by. Rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable and a good size. Beds are quite firm, pillows great. The window in our room opened, which was nice. The shower was fabulous.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff Room The room was spacious enough (twin) and was incredibly clean. Probably the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in hotels. We had slippers, nightgowns, toothpaste, toothbrush, qué tips, wash cloths, towels, shoe brush, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided in the room. There is air con available, tv, and a mini fridge. Kettle with tea assortment is also provided. Reception You can find additional items such as combs, face cleanser, body lotion, razors at reception. There is also a washer dryer available to use with coins and ice machine. I also got a flat iron (hair tool) upon request from reception. The coffee machine is free to use 24/7. And umbrellas can be boroughed upon request. There is also some sort of a breakfast bar, although we never used it so not sure how it works. You have a 7/11 2 minutes away from the hotel and a couple of vending machines with drinks as you exit the hotel to the right. The only downside to the entire experience was the noise of the room doors banging late into the night and early morning. And the cleaning staff was quite noisy as their storage room was right next to our bedroom. You could potentially ask for a quiet floor/room to solve this issue.

Staying in Tokyo is about where you want to be close to. In our case we wanted to be close to Ginza and the Tokyo tower so for us location was nice, we could easily walk to Ginza, Roppongi and the palace. The area close to the hotel is nice too with loads of restaurants to choose from, and not very expensive since shimbashi is the salary-people area. Rooms are quite quiet despite busy area, hotel is clean and they have quite a lot of toiletries on offer, plus a coffee and tea machine and a big table to sit down at the entrance. As with every single housing space in Tokyo, facilities are small, very small. Even with booking a superior room we still had to engineer how to distribute our belongings, you dont get quite adjusted to it. And the lighting of the room was not very good distributed either, very small reading lamps and only one main light that is too on your face if you're lying down. A lot of small pilot lights from the TV, ventilation systems and the phone that drive you nuts if you're sensitive to those like me. Also the air conditioning of the hallway was literally on top of our room door so we had that background noise there constantly. Regular front desk staff speaks the necessary english but if you need something more specific bring a translator app or ask to speak to someone who is a bit more proficient. They say that due to their sustainability program they only clean the room every 3 days, a bit questionable but did not fight it. They still collect the trash and change towels everyday though.

Clean room with a hard mattress on the bed which was perfect as most of the hotels I found the mattress too soft. They kept our luggage at reception as we had checked out at 12 (late check out) and our flight wasn’t until 10pm that night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
