        Easily one of the most fabulous five star hotels we have stayed at. The service, food and drinks, atmosphere, locations, and rooms all exceeded our high expectations. Breakfast at the hotel is unbelievably good, if you have the opportunity to include it in your nightly rate do not miss out. Greg, the Front Desk Manager, ensured we were accommodated and satisfied at every turn, including a room change with additional space to allow me to complete an interview. Greg was incredibly understanding, professional, and like all the staff at the Balmoral, he went the extra mile to ensure we were beyond happy. We were so impressed. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, we were SO sad when we had to checkout our final day. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay here, it was an unforgettable experience and by far one of the highlights of our trip. We cannot wait to come back, thank you Balmoral staff!

        We had afternoon tea for my partners birthday and the was really nice! The soup was delicious, all the sandwiches were tasty and the scones were incredibile. The portions are good in size - we could not finish our dessert as we were too stuffed! We got a free dessert which was also very tasty. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was lovely and quick. It is pricey for the value received but it is a special thing to do so worth it in the end!

        This is one of the most stunning hotels I’ve ever visited and hope to return to stay. Our high tea service was incredible and I’m so glad it was the first time I got to taste haggis at the Balmoral standard! I cannot give enough accolades to the entire staff who made my first visit in Edinburgh off to a warm and fun start.

        We have just come home from a wonderful stay at The Balmoral- our 1st visit in 9 years! From the moment you walk through those beautiful revolving doors you are made to feel so welcome & so very special. The room itself was lovely & comfortable & a complimentary upgrade was most welcome. Lovely Birthday Treats on arrival as well which was such a lovely touch. I would perhaps have liked firmer pillows, hot chocolate sachets or pods & the hairdryer was on it's last legs but other than that it was faultless. Spotlessly clean with beautiful Irene Forte toiletries that smelt & felt amazing! The Spa was beautiful, just what I needed after a long journey & was a great excuse to wake up early the next morning! The Brasserie Prince was however the highlight of our stay. The most special experience to celebrate my Husbands Birthday. Sublime staff & service, accompanied by delicious food & cocktails. They even came with a macaroon, candle & hand signed card for my Husband- a Birthday to remember! One particular waitress was wonderfully attentive & engaging, I am afraid we did not get her name. Breakfast the next morning was amazing with so much choice! I have a sweet tooth so would loved to have seen the Scotch Pancakes on the menu rather than on the Hot Buffet as I missed them! Great excuse to come back to try them! Really hope it isn't another 9 years before we visit! Cannot wait to return & highly recommend!

        Fabulous hotel that really understands how to give 5-star service. The welcome we received from the doorman through the reception process was wonderful. We stayed in a Castle View Room which was lovely. The service was impeccable throughout the hotel. I would stay here again!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
