The Bantry Bay hotel is a stone's throw away from the breathtaking ocean, the hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and coastal charm and close to V&A shopping centre. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made sure every aspect of my stay was memorable. My accommodation had amazing views of the seaside, and the sound of the waves was really calming. The hotel personnel went above and above to make sure I had a comfortable stay; they were kind and attentive. The amenities in the accommodation were above my expectations, and it was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Convenient beach access made it possible to take leisurely strolls along the coast. All in all, this seaside hotel offers the ideal balance of luxury, leisure, and first-rate service. I heartily suggest it for a memorable vacation.

I spent a week with my gf for our couples' vacation which was splendid . The Staff there was fantastically friendly and very helpful. The prices are very reasonable. I loved everything everything about that space, the atmosphere, treatment from the staff, the place at large it was fabulous . I loved how their room are, the cleaners and how they smell truly breathtaking. Their food was also mouthwatering. Honestly, the experience was nice. The place is so perfect just wait for my return next week and thanks for keep this hotel clean and smell good

I spent days with my girlfriend for our couples' vacation, which was amazing 👏 . The staff there was fantastically friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Price were resonable . I loved everything about that space, the atmosphere, treatment from the staff, the place at large it was fabulous . I loved how their rooms are, the cleaners, and how they smell truly breathtaking. Their food was also mouthwatering. Food that I can eat multiple times Honestly, the experience was nice. 💯 I will recommend for a couple who wants to have their alone time with no insecurities of being marked or any kind of a dram. 👏

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
