        DuPont Circle is a great location, lots of restaurants, few wine shops and historic too. The Baron was disappointing, the rooms are TINY, poor bedding, I think it was inexpensive memory foam. But it was CLEAN! There are several other affodable hotels in the area. We stayed just one night at the Baron.

        Room was small and clean. AC/heater, water pressure & water heater were great. Staff were friendly & helpful. No fridge and microwave, but perfect for a short business trip. It is an older hotel that the flooring is quite uneven. Coffee and tea are provided by the front desk. It's walking distance to a fresh market, restaurants, pharmacy. Price was a bit high, but I guess that's just DC.

        Avoid at all cost. It’s simply a scam. Well, the price is low. So, you may expect some drawback. But in this hotel the list of problems are too long. The hotel is overall dirty, the room has mattresses that is probably never been washed, all sorts the insects/ bugs shares the room with you, wifi don’t work, noisy place, rooms are not soundproof, careless management, won’t help you with anything. The hotel would have had 0 star review. Only reason it is not is probably because they scammed the reviews. I myself recognize one person with 5 stars who was in the reception.

        DuPont Circle is a great location, lots of restaurants, few wine shops and historic too. The Baron was disappointing, the rooms are TINY, poor bedding, I think it was inexpensive memory foam.         I contacted the property 3 days before my reservation to change the dates. I was told I must change the dates in the app. I requested the change, but there was no response. A day and a half before my reservation I called again. The person I talked to said his shift was ending and that he would leave a note for the next person to handle it. He said if I didn’t get the approval by the next day, I should contact them again. The next day (two days after I requested the date change), I received a response that my request must be submitted by the booking agent, not me. I called Booking’s customer service who then called the hotel with me on the line and got the voicemail repeatedly. Booking then sent an email to request the change. They told me that since it was then less than 24 hours before the reservation they cannot directly process the change for me and need to talk with the hotel. Finally at 1 am of the night my original reservation was for, they denied the date change request saying it was put in too late, despite me calling 3 days in advance originally and putting in a request in the app at the same time, as well as calling the day before my reservation and being told that I could call back the morning of my reservation to handle it. I travel a lot for both work and pleasure staying in hotels for about a quarter of the year, and I have NEVER stayed in a place with such incompetent staff. With being told conflicting things and ridiculously long response times, it seems as if their goal was only to procrastinate until the reservation time in order to just keep my money.

        I would give 0 stars if it was possible. The hotel has several problems: 1. Rooms are not clean. The carpet is so dirty that it has become hard and crunchy after soaking hundreds of years of dirt. The walls also have stains. Though they provide room service every day, but it doesn’t help. 2. Terrible and awful Wi-Fi speed. Actually there was no wifi at all at night. When we object, one of the stuff said it is not her problem. 3. Bugs! There are small centiped type of bugs. I have encountered three times! 4. The washroom sink leaks. 5. 0% soundproof. The noise from the roads even enters the room. 6. Awful management. Nobody takes any responsibility. 100000% sure never ever going to stay at this “thing” again.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
