        Nice Hotel Location, beach view with Minibar service. Room was clean and reasonable price, recommend to directly book with hotel. Professional staff service team. Something hotel to improve is getting higher power of water pump which our room get low water pressure for shower.

        I had a HORRIBLE experience with this hotel. I had reserved and confirmed my reservation 24 hours prior to my arrival. 30 mins before arriving, they cancelled my reservation! I had to spend 3 hours on the phone with Agoda to get another hotel while sitting in their hotel lobby. Furthermore, there was 6 other parties with similar issues all in the lobby. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

        Old and outdated rooms, no hot water for two days. Brown yucky water at times.. Kitchen not open for breakfast or dinner. Pool water looked murky, so never used it. Staff was friendly and bed was comfy. Wouldn't come back.

        This place seen better days for sure. Rooms were outdated and needed huge repairs. You can not attract western tourists with failing facilities. Swimming pool was dirty and the water was dark. The service was average and not what you would except on a resort that claims to be a 3 star hotel. Huge potentials on the location. Pictures do not show the real place as it is today. I give 3 stars because I believe they can do better job. With better management this place can be a goldmine.

        Surprisedly great place! So quite, so beautiful, totally chill. Best price/quality ratio. Cute and nice staff. Nice beach and sea. Highly recommended!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
