Amazing value for money with lovely staff and great attention to detail! Highly recommend. Considering the price of this stay, this is great value for money. The furniture and facilities might not be of as high quality as it might seem on the pictures but the overall service from helpfulness of staff to the the extensive breakfast buffet (staff also accommodated for vegetarians) , free pool popcorn (you read correctly 🍿), welcome drink and free snacks in the rooms makes for such a great stay! We also really enjoyed that the hotel is off the main strip but still in walking distance so that it was calm and you could enjoy the pool with lush fields behind it in peace and quiet. Thanks to the Bayou crew 🙏🏻

Considering the reasonable room rates, this hotel is an excellent choice. The staff is exceptionally polite and the service is commendable. The cleanliness is top-notch, with diligent cleaning of rooms and the entire establishment daily. Ample uncovered parking spaces are available, essential for those renting a car from the airport. The hotel's proximity to various local restaurants makes late dinners convenient, and the area is safe for a pleasant stroll. Overall, we had a fantastic stay with the view of green lush scenery.

Lobby was airy, spacious and well decorated. It’s clear there has been much dedication in up keeping it. There are welcome drinks and a snack basket. Very thoughtful. Hotel is recently renovated and there are (quiet) improvement works on going. Pool was beautiful and location close to the beaches. There’s an indignity Loads of food nearby. However, the bath area in my room near the drainage could be better sealed. Hand towels had to be requested, and no hair conditioner was given. Fridge works well, appliances work well and there was a water dispenser every floor. Breakfast has good variety; and plenty of food on rotation.

Had an incredible time at the Bayu hotel. Service and staff Incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated staff who helped me with anything that I needed. Helped sort tours and ring any restaurants I was interested in for dinner. Location As a solo traveller I found the location great, not far from the beach, 15 minutes from the airport and easy to get Grab cabs. Was sad when leaving the hotel as I really enjoyed my time there and at the island. Lovely interactions with all the staff. Thank you ☺️

Excellent newly renovated hotel in Langkawi. The hotel was generally clean, airy and peaceful. Super friendly Mr. Khairol and the best service given by his whole team which makes the stay even more memorable. Free welcome drinks, free in room snacks and unlimited popcorn by the pool, what's not to like? Will return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
