The description of the hotel is off, not as described at all from my point of view. First, let me start with the good.. Friendly and helpful staff, everyone was very approachable and had beyond great customer service. The rooms are nice and clean. I stayed in a twin double room, and it fit my needs. The bed is comfortable for a good night sleep. The name of the hotel is not what it is. It is not a beachfront location, I anticipated seeing the beach from the room and not needing to walk down to get a view of the beach. There's no beach play area at the hotel. Although it does offer shuttle service to another beach, it only has one shuttle to and from the beach. And there was the disappointment. Most people vacation to be at the beach and not able to meet those needs put a bumper in staying here. I recommend having more than one shuttle to and from the nearest beach to the hotel at least one every two hours to accommodate their guests. And perhaps have last shuttle to the beach time 14:00.

Service was lovely during our stay. We had a 5-6 night stay which was nicely priced. The beachfront restaurant is nice during sunset and the food and cocktails are well priced. This hotel is a short drive to some nice food places down the road and a nice massage place next to the C Mart which is just across the road. Buffet breakfast was also fairly decent.

The view from our room (#6109) was fantastic. And the cleaning did their best. But in generel the room looked not clean, also the direct access pool was now very clean. Also there was a very bad smell (sewer/rotten) in the room, which when we complained, the hotel staff tried to remove, but it came back again after one day. We could get another room, but the next day we had to leave anyway. The breakfast was ok, but the same every day. The hotel do not serve pork meat at all - neither at breakfast nor in the restaurant. So no bacon for breakfast 😔 This is not standard for a rather expensive international hotel. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. BTW, if you want a cheap amazing private boat trip, go to the hotel Beach and ask for Mon. He is very nice and can tell a lot about the sea nature in this area 👍

Honestly was expecting more for the price. Buffet breakfast was so average. The food area was tiny. No variety of pastries, fruits, different cuisines that you get with orher hotels at same price.Would say it was a basic breakfast.Room service wasn't working on our stay. Couldn't order food. The hotel is also located on very busy road. Hotel staff 10/10 couldn't fault them at all very attentive and lovely.

Pool access room is okay. Concierge staff were great. Had lunch and a snack here. The fried rice was dry and bland. Chicken satay was ordered through room service, it arrived cold and one of them was undercooked. They offered half price for it because I ate 4 of the skewers, which I only ate because I was starving. I won’t be ordering food from here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
