        Absolute luxury. Our first time in Thailand and couldn’t have chosen a nicer place to stay. Ben I think her name was, was amazing. Never had any problems with the shuttle service either. Was lovely and quiet, breakfast was good too (I had the omelette but selected vegetarian) and there was housekeeping every day and pool maintenance as well as pest control spraying the plants to get rid of mosquitoes.

        These are the best villas we have ever been in. Absolutely gorgeous accommodations. The villas are better in person than they are on the website. Their shuttle bus is convenient for anyone staying here, but we felt very little reason to leave. Food service inside was prompt, but not as good as local cuisine. The bar makes fantastic cocktails, and "The Bell Martini" is best we had in Phuket. The Bell "app" is very convenient and made the whole stay a breeze. We will be back and would recommend anyone to stay here.

        Maintanance going on in surrounding villas, men working on the roofs, thus villas are not private. Alot of machinery noises late at night. Pillows are very stiff, filled, & big, not comfortable at all. Staff are very good, friendly, and trying to help, but lake proactivity. There should be certain things to be done and required without asking. Villa hygiene is not always as expected, dusty and too many insects. Laundry and spa are external contractors, the hotel has no control over them specially when something goes wrong. The Hotel is not stroller/wheelchair friendly, their trail to the villas are not paved for wheels. It is very far from the main roads.

        I booked the honeymoon villa. Villa was nice, pool was alittle dirty had lots of floating bits in it but apart from that it was ok. Food and drinks here was OK nothing special, when i got the bill there were extra charges put on bill, so be aware. I also got my laundry done and when I got it back it was all still wet and a brand new shirt was destroyed aswell. I wouldn't stay here again, there are way better villa resorts with better location for same prices do you research

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
