        Comfiest hotel beds ever!! I didn't want to get out of bed. Every team member who assisted was excellent. Beautifully appointed bathrooms. Very luxurious. Rooms were warm though. I would have loved them cooler. I didn't sleep well due to the temperature.

        I have stayed at the Benson on many occasions and have been left disappointed every time. The rooms are noisy and poorly furnished considering they have just been renovated. There is much nicer hotels in the area that are definitely better value for money. The reception staff don’t seem to know how to use the booking system correctly as there is always problems at check in, I have been notified when I arrived at the hotel that the room has been down graded as the original room I had paid for and confirmed is no longer available. My credit card has been overcharged on multiple occasions.

        Avoid this hotel at all costs due to its appalling customer service and poorly maintained rooms. The front office staff were extremely rude, and our room had multiple issues including malfunctioning air conditioning, WiFi, and TV. Stay: 5 night 6 days stay for 4 pax with breakfast included After encountering issues with the air conditioning, we were forced to move rooms late at night. It took hours to find a suitable room, and most others also had problems. The next morning, despite requesting room service, our room was still neglected. Upon raising my concern with the housekeeping manager, I was told that this isn’t a “5-star hotel”. I do not expect a “5-star hotel” level service either. However, I do expect a decent and stress free stay for my family, which also includes 2 senior citizens. The front office staff are rude and unhelpful, and the lack of communication between staff members only added to the frustration. Avoid this place if you value good service and a comfortable stay.

        Great location.. rooms,bar and pool area great! Staff lovely but no idea and inconsistent messages all day. NYE.. kitchen not open until 6pm .. no availability for lunch while waiting for check in No bar open for pool side drinks or nibbles.. bar did not open until 4.30pm. Pool toliet ladies door could not close properly. Dinner was dissapointing.. fried fish left me feeling ill and had to leave celebrations early. Pool area not cleaned from night before when we went down for a swim before checking out. Over all ..very disappointed.

        Incredibly rude valet. Unfortunately, had a very negative initial experience checking into this hotel. My mother accidentally got too close to a sign outside near valet and the valet attendant was incredibly rude while coming to our aid. He repeated 5 times that we ‘almost clipped the sign’ after my mother apologized multiple times and thanked him. The inhospitable behavior didn’t end there, once we exited our vehicle and went to the valet I stepped aside to allow my mother to give valet her information. I was holding multiple shopping bags from a local hat store and nordstrom along with my luggage and was asked if I was ‘uber eats’ or ‘food delivery’. I responded I was not and then was questioned on whether I was a guest or not. I let the valet know I was and I was waiting on my mother 10 feet ahead of me. I am a young black women and it disturbs me that I would automatically be marked as a delivery person instead of a guest at the hotel, with luggage and shopping bags in my possession. Incredibly biased behavior and assumptions. It was also my birthday. This hotel is beautiful and the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the valet’s behavior as the face of this hotel ruined my experience.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
