Spiders in the room. Unsanitary dirty rooms. Many things are broken and not working in the room, including hot water in the shower. Staff is not friendly and not helpful. The “heated” pool is not heated. The pool is dirty, full of debris and bird feces. Not sure why a resort fee is charged for this gross place. Horrible.

I loved this place. First time, gifted by my sister for a family get together weekend. Awesome grounds, cleaning taking place all the time. Parking is right outside the building in the back and there's a parking structure also. The room was incredible. It had everything! Washer/dryer, sunken tub, complete large shower, vanity and stool, large fridge, all of the dishware you could want or need. The room was super clean and furnished beautifully. The rooms were large (this was a one bedroom) so spacious. The bed was so clean and I slept so well on the pillows that I went down to the office to see if I could purchase those type pillows from them. Sadly, no. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. I would love to stay there again.

I live in Vegas but needed a quiet place to recover after surgery. I stayed here with my sister for 6 days . Quiet, and very peaceful. We did have to call the front desk and request new pillow cases as the ones in our room smelled slept in and dirty. We also discovered long black hairs in our bedding. Thankfully, there is a washer and dryer, and we were able to clean ourselves, but it was disgusting. Other than that, we loved our stay, location, and amenities.

Had a very good experience our first time here. I personally dealt with Eugene at the front desk who was a pleasure to speak with. He provided lots of information, good stories and some good laughs. Rooms were great bang for buck with lots of amenities close by. The strip is a quick drive down the highway or Dean Martin Drive, with also quick access to the mountains. A minor complaint I addressed to the staff and they apologized right away. Overall, a very good experience and would return. 4.5/5!

The rooms need to be renovated. The floors are filthy - your socks or feet will turn black if you take your shoes off. Walls are patched where water leaks or repairs needed to be done. Part of one wall in one of our closets was covered with sticky plastic. The toilets are child-sized - the seat is barely over 12 inches above the floor. Bad news for normal-sized people or those with bad knees. The grounds and pools look good, though. The resort sales people are relentless - don't fall for a sale pitch from the concierge desk to attend a sales presentation. You will spend at least 2 hours with high pressure salespeople. Just say "No!"
