Absolutely fantastic stay here. It was such a wonderful hotel and incredible value for the price. The location is perfect; just inside the old town and on a street with lots of lovely cafes. The rooms and hotel interior were modern and clean and the staff were so welcoming and supportive. Would highly recommend.

I had to do a late check in at 10:30pm and a late checkout at 1pm. The hotel staff accommodated both by giving us detailed instructions to get our keys, and we only had to pay an extra 100 baht for the extra hour we stayed after the normal check out time of 12pm. Communication was fast and easy through the Agoda app. The view from the room is beautiful. The room and bathroom are very clean. WiFi was strong. Water heated up fast. Overall very comfortable stay.

The rooms do NOT have a SAFE so it was a deal breaker for us (meaning we would not return bc it is just too inconvenient to carry our passports with us at all times) but otherwise this hotel was great! The room was spacious & clean, nice little pool to cool off in, and fantastic location just a few steps from the main shopping road. Also, we asked for a late checkout & sadly they said no, which is their prerogative but unfortunate (we've been in Phuket for 6 weeks & with 6 different hotel stays, this was the first & only hotel to say no.)

Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a great view from your own balcony, which doubles as drying place for your wet clothes. The pool is also very clean and a great place to relax, as well as their cafe out front with self service laundromat. All around a really nice place to stay in the heart of Phuket old town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
