I booked this hotel because I love staying in Victoria and the price was good. When I saw the reviews I was scared but it turned out to be great. No, it’s not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need. There is no elevator but I stayed on the second floor. It is close to the coach and underground stations. The room was clean, the bathroom shower was spacious enough for me. The AC was good. All in all I will be staying here again 100%. It is way better than the hotel Easy across the street (that place SUCKS) if you’re looking for a good place with a good price and location than stay here. You’ll be comfortable.

Close to the train and coach station. Bed was super comfy and was really clean. Only two issues are the room was freezing when it was freezing outside would have been nice to arrive to a warm room and bathroom was freezing.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. I wish I had read other reviews. Service was atrocious . Firstly I didn’t get the room I booked. Check in time was meant to be 3 and I didn’t get a room until 6.45pm. I was told to wait in a cafe and get a coffee. The aircon was down and I was just told ‘you have a fan and keep the window open. It was 30 degrees outside and I didn’t get any sleep for 2 nights. The internet didn’t work. All of this with no apologies or options for anything else. Finally when I checked out the concierge told me I would get a refund. Well, upper management through subsequent emails refused to honour this and after 15 emails just offered a 50% discount on a future stay. Needless to say I’l never stay there again. Lastly there was vomit at the entrance to the hotel which wasn't cleaned up for the time I was there No doubt there will be a response to this saying I got offered another room for the second night but this is just false. If there is any doubt in your mind after reading this review and hoping that you might have a different experience - just don't risk it, book somewhere else DO NOT BOOK HERE

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
