Amazing hotel room! Bathroom was also very delicately decorated. We were extra lucky to grab this deal with almost half price discount. ;) Plus, it’s located right next to Aldi 🫶🏻

A great place to stay while in Frankfurt, rooms are clean and accommodating. Good location with a 5 minute walk to a train station that will take you wherever you need to go, they give free drink tokens out if you don’t want housekeeping for the day, and the bar is amazing. The view from the rooftop is incredible and so are the bartenders. My friends and I have been traveling Europe and we haven’t encountered any bartenders as cool as these guys anywhere else, super funny and open to talking about a lot of subjects. Milo and Raymond, you guys are awesome!

A pleasant stay all round. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. All the standard amenities were provided, except for tea/coffee in the rooms. It wasn't the most sound proof hotel that I've stayed at, but it wasn't bad enough to cause any issues - just a bit noisy when there were people in the corridors etc, and I had a room at the front so got a little traffic noise, but the hotel is in a quiet area, so wasn't any big deal. One recommendation that I would make is that visitors book their table at the restaurant in advance, as it isn't a big restaurant and can become full quickly. The food in it is excellent, if a little overpriced. The rooftop terrace is worth visiting if just for the views over the city. All the staff were extremely pleasant, cheerful and helpful.

Staff were great. They can smile a little more but theyre all great. Room was cozy and clean. Location is near the tram railway so not for light sleepers. But was all good overall.

Good room standard and great breakfast. Large selection of dishes (cold and hot) and drinks. An almost full international breakfast. Received a room in the first floor. The noise was quite strong from traffic in the street, passerby's in the night and landing flights. Would not recommend for light sleepers

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
