        room was filthy, staff were extremely rude & honestly miserable. charged us £200 for setting off the “fire alarm” which didn’t happen as no parties smoke or vape. ridiculous, won’t be staying again

        SCAM AVOID!!! Had the worst experience ever here. Had a surprise stag/hen party booked for here for the weekend and was completely ruined by this complex. Aggressive, unreasonable staff that treat you like dirt and think they can get away with it. Animal like behaviour from 'staff' BURTSING through your apartment door roaring and shouting, aggressively & physically pushing his way through and showing signs of threatening behaviour verbally towards the whole group but then again some men feel better about themselves when they threaten a group of woman. We had a group of 4 friends that flew from another country that come meet us that we hadn't seen in years as apart of our ''surprise weekend'' and had taxis ready outside for us to head out for the night and within 5mins of them arriving we were being thrown out for 'over crowding'. After speaking with other hoteliers around (cause of course we had to find alternative accommodation) they said we were NOT the first group of people that they heard this had happened too. A business that takes your money in full, takes your security deposit in full and then throws you out to the streets. Imagine paying over 2 thousand euro to stay in an apartment for 3-4hrs and have 14 people homeless for the night. Similar TRUE reviews also on Trip Advisor of the same scenario very clear that this is an ongoing scam with this place. STAY AWAY!

        SCAM !!! Booked a 14 person apartment for a hens last weekend. Upon arrival the rooms were very nice and the apartment had been decorated to our request(paid extra ) . We were getting ready to head out and having pre drinks in our apartment and there was 16 people there in the room as some of the guests who were staying in other hotels had come to our apartment to pre drink so we could all head out together. At around 12:30am a man comes storming into the room demanding to speak to the person who booked the room. She presented herself and straight away the man demanded we all packed up our stuff and get out as we had breeched the rules ! The man did not want to hear what we had to stay and become very aggressive with some of the female guests. We removed everyone from the room immediately other than 2 or 3 people who stayed to try reason with the man . One of the guests called the guards in fear of the man as he was so angry(seemed like he was on some drugs he was that agitated) when the guards arrived he made his final decision that we were to leave and as the guards were there we had no other choice ! There was no manager available to speak to or a receptionist of some sort. And as it was a bank holiday weekend all hotel were booked up and we were left to wander the streets of Liverpool in the heavy rain until 4am when we eventually got a hostel for the night . Would 100% avoid this place.

        Stayed here for one night travelling down from Scotland, on getting ready we noticed there was no hot water, spoke to reception who said they would switch the boiler on? That didn't work so was told they would try and get someone to fix it but never did, we were staying here to go to a family party and could not use the showers before it which was awful,, after paying over £500 for a room you'd expect the basics like warm water and heating had to chase up reception quite a few times to find out if any help was coming and continually arrogantly told there's nothing they could do because it was Saturday, no other room available to use and still no hot water or help by the next day.         We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and well looked-after and we were able to get a check in much earlier than normal check in time for no extra fee which I really appreciated. My only issue is the lack of supplies in the apartment. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms and no plates or cutlery. There was cups/glasses and we were provided with towels which were also clean. The main issue was the lack of hand soap. Besides this we really liked the apartment.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
