Cozy place for accommodation, moderate space and price. Nice furniture and a small kitchen. A bit far from major tourist sites but still convenient.

This hotel is small but very clean. You have everything you need here specially if you come with family. Amenities, kitchen wear, microwave, fridge....everything are well prepared.The breakfast is simple but tasted good with good quality ingreedient and well presented. We were checked in after midniģht and a receptionist named Jenie she assisted us well and help us with all we needed. The morning receptionist Lucy also very helpfull. I definitely will stay here if I come back again in the future.

Not ideal for Turists. Someone was smoking in the lobby and for two days my room smelled like cigarettes! Poor breakfast choices. Not recommend!!!

Overall great experience. The rooms were nicely furnished and decorated, made it feel more like at home than hotel. There are tons of places to eat and get coffee nearby as it’s close to one of universities and business places. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Laundry services nearby and very affordable. We will probably come back. Good gym. Some people might say that the water dispenser is loud but you just need to switch it off. We had a small problem with toilet and they immediately went to fix it but also moved us to a room with better view. If you want to experience real Ha Noi life away from tourist centre or are on a business trip, this is amazing value for money. It is also suitable for digital nomads or if you want to work remotely, the chairs are pretty comfortable and there is enough working space. Wifi perfect. We stayed in a room below the restaurant and it was not noisy at all.

Always feel home when I am with The Bloom. Very cute boutique hotel with Japanese-inspired room, cleaning service as its best. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The location is very convenience for who works in tech industry like me. Receptionists are thoughtful and supportive. Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
