Just back from a relaxing week away at this lovely little hotel. Perfect location right next to the beach, with bars, cafes & restaurants literally 2 mins saunter away. Comfortable & spacious rooms & one of the best hotel bathrooms I’ve ever had. This is a simple, family run hotel, so forget marble hallways & glitzy decor. This is Greek comfort at its uncomplicated best. Delicious substantial breakfast served out on the terrace by the pool every morning & welcoming, friendly staff who behaved as if nothing was too much trouble for them, to help you enjoy your stay. Thank you Boat House Hotel, you were the best.

Not the first nor the last time we stay here! I booked the boathouse as I had such a fabulous experience about 5 years ago and it absolutely did not let me down this year. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We organized airport transport on arrival and then again when we went to the port when we checked out - they communicated the whole way through and made it so easy for us. Breakfast was self- service - fresh fruit, cold meat and cheese selection and hot breakfast options (bacon, eggs, sausages). Bar by the pool opened at 12 and served cocktails and beer which was great! The hotel itself is situated, in my opinion, in the best part of the Kamari strip. It was very quiet at night, beside some of the best rated restaurants and a stones throw from the Main Street of Kamari. Cannot recommend this hotel enough - if you’re going please bring treats for their resident cat Zeus!

My wife and I recently stayed here for 2 weeks. Great location right in front of Kamari Beach and the staff is very friendly. We had a great room with our own little balcony and the breakfast served every morning was excellent! My only recommendation would be to have fresh towels ready in the rooms every day. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great and staff couldn’t have been better. Got locked out and they let us in and got us a free drink while we waited. Came here for our honeymoon and the staff put out flowers and prosecco for us. Super kind and attentive staff. Hotel is by the airport so you hear planes a-lot which isn’t great but not unbearable. The planes fly over Kamari so its an issue all along the beach not just the hotel. Hotel is right by the beach and has a great location. Hotel also has a cat named Zeus worth 5 stars alone. The only recommendation we have for the hotel is the lighting is a little poor in the main bedroom, shower heads had calcium buildup, and the doors are a little thin so you can hear what happens in the hallway. All things considered, 10/10 would recommend and come here again myself.

Had the most amazing time here at The Boathouse! The staff and owners were wonderful and made our last couple of days on Santorini special. The rooms were beautiful and the morning breakfast was a special treat! When I come back to Santorini I will be booking a room here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
