Only there to eat at the restaurant. Friendly, welcoming staff gave us an option of seating. Interesting use of a tablet plus menus, tablet has all the photos of the food, and that helped to make our selections. There was a decent wine list, although I decided to try a cocktail instead.

Amazing resort and fantastic location. We had a great time and will certainly be back. Staff were brilliant. Only downside is it’s too expensive for what it is, so it’s not the best value for money. If it was a bit cheaper we would have stayed longer!

The Boathouse is a really special place, for numerous reasons. Firstly, the quality and location of the hotel are perfect, sitting directly on a pristine beach with crystal clear water. All the furnishings are comfortable and there is a feeling of romance in the evening given all the pretty lighting. The staff are so welcoming, with a special mention for Jonathan, the executive chef. The food is truly outstanding, and Jonathan takes a personal interest in all his guests. He continually demonstrates that nothing is too much trouble....whatever you want is OK with him. He so kindly welcomed us on our first day of moving in (having first met him the previous evening at dinner) with a veritable buffet of goodies in our room, from a Christmas cake to a cloche dome full of beautiful cheeses....amazing. The general manager, Eric is a less flamboyant character, who describes himself as the hotel inn keeper. When complimented about how fantastic the hotel is, he simply replies, 'it's not me, it's the staff, who make it so good'....and we must agree with him, to a person they are lovely. So we would definatley recommend that you come to stay here, you will love it.

Fabulous hotel overlooking Kata beach. Staff are superb and very friendly and helpful. Would recommend a sea view room. The restaurant overlooking the beach is also special. Breakfasts are a must and although a little expensive, the evening menu is also very good. The hotel is slightly dated in places hence 4 stars, but honestly it didn’t detract at all.

We were really surprised how great this hotel was, since it was listed as 4 stars. Definitely deserves a full 5 stars! Staff is super nice and competent. Amazing food, and you sit right on the beach with gorgeous views of the water. Would definitely come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
