From the moment we pulled in Stephen the door man made us feel at home. He offered us champagne and always greeted us with a home felt smile. The room was gorgeous and the the rooftop bar made the perfect sunset date night over river street. We appreciated our valet service Kevin was also super sweet. Great experience! Love the attention to details and the Keller experience!

I can't say enough about how wonderful the entire staff was at this hotel. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and most of all Friendly! The balcony rooms overlooking the river is an absolute must! This hotel has Cozy beds, is clean and absolutely beautiful! We can't wait to return!

We had mixed experiences during our stay. The first night we tried ordering a bottle of champagne to our room, only to be told that the restaurant is closed for construction and no room service was available….umm what?! They said there was no way for the front desk to contact the bar….so no one has a cell phone?! After going up to the roof top bar, which was gorgeous, I asked for the manager and told her about the champagne… she gave me a bunch of attitude. Nice…smh The next day there was a different manager there who we shared our woes with and she informed me that was NOT correct and apologized so there is clearly some miscommunication. The rooms are severely lacking in places to put your belongings. There are two drawers in the entire room so beware. Also above the bed are very low hanging chandeliers with spikes on them so if you’re looking to engage in “adult activities” in bed, watch out for that… 6/10 recommend…we had moved our reservation from Perry Lane to Bohemian to be with friends, and regretted our decision. Not your typical Marriott Autograph Collection.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location right on River Street. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. However, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 since staff was not completely clear on the dining credit/resort destination fee. Upon checking in for our 2 night stay, we received two vouchers for the restaurant for $30 each day. We used one of them and the food was great. Upon checking out, I was charged for the other unused voucher as part of a "destination fee". While somewhat unsurprising with a high-end hotel such as this one, it was never explained at check-in that we would incur the destination fee even if the voucher wasnt used. Simply put, you are essentially forced to spend $30 per day minimum at the restaurant which is otherwise passed off as a destination fee. The food I had at the restaurant was good, but obviously there are many great restaurants in Savannah and trying new places is one of the main things people look forward to in this city.

So glad we found this hotel. Location was perfect. All the staff we interacted with was great - especially the valet/bell service folks. Our room had the best view. Even had a cozy reading /people watch nook. We got to see the Christmas parade right from the comfort of reading nook. The roof top bar was great to enjoy some sun during the cold days.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
