First visit to Istanbul to have teeth implants and Hollywood smile. The reception staff were awesome and they have breakfast kinda like continental included in the rate.

If you are looking for hospitality you will not find it anywhere else really I changed 3 hotels in 3 days from bad service & while walking with my bags find the most accessible and affordable accommodation with extra care and kindness. Thanks do much Bold Team and for sure c u soon 👍

If I has 0 stars I would give them. Never stay !!!! The staff is incredibly rude. The breakfast is nothing but bread and some funny cheese. Very smelly room. When I asked about wiping the floor, the assistant shouted at me. I was in shock! As a woman staying alone, I did not want to anger them so said nothing. Later I have stayed much better hotel near taxim the same price. Very disappointing and so bad experience.

Everything I needed was provided, the staff were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The location is great, only 2 stops away to Taksim Square using the underground. The best thing though is this cat called Pasha! He usually hangs around in the lobby or by the reception. He is so adorable and we became good friends :) Not so good about the hotel: Hotel roo was relatively cold given it is November. The radiator was on and off, not making the place warm enough. The ac was also very weak. The other thing is that the sheets didn't smell ok, although seemed clean, there was a hint of smoke smell.

Smells like cigarettes in the rooms and in the floor because other guest are encouraged to smoke inside the rooms. Just disgusting for non smokers barely could not sleep the whole night because of this. Alarm is set off for mysterious reasons.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
