Nice little hotel that is central to everything. We walked everywhere without issue. Lots of clubs on the square makes for good people watching. Lots of dining choices. Sunset at the 7-bridges viewpoint was 1/2 block away. Stayed on the second floor and the pump of music was audible from the club below. (But the fourth floor was quiet) Rooms and bedding were clean and well-maintained. Lots of stairs! A/C and shampoo provided. Nice folks on the desk, even though they weren’t present at all times of day. I would totally stay here again, but for the price I think I could get a room with an elevator. I would say it’s not great value - but then the city is pretty expensive in general

Fantastic location with lots of great places to eat and drink with coffee shops close by. It's a traditional old Dutch building so very steep steps. The walls are thin and not enough tea/coffee provided but that's really the only complaints. Beds were clean and comfy and even with a pub downstairs we got a great sleep

It is highly not recommended - stay away from the property like a fire. The property is not a respectable hotel at all l at all - these are guest rooms for people coming up from the bar that is under the hotel. The guest rooms are entered through a side door, during the day the property is empty of people. The receptionist is very unfriendly. She did not agree to help with any issue, advise, or even enter the toilets in the reception area. But again - because it's not a hotel, you can't expect anything. There is no elevator, no lobby - in this place we were received in a musty passage at the end of climbing the stairs, no room service or cleaning in the room during the stay, a very dirty place, we were received with mountains of trash and dirty laundry at the entrance. A very bad smell exists in the place, it really felt like a joke. You can't open a window in the room, you can't adjust the air conditioner. The place does not provide soap or shampoo and we had to purchase our own. The main entrance of the hotel building is actually a bar - a very noisy place. There is no elevator in the place - the clerk brought us a room on the third floor even though I asked for the first floor - and we had to climb small stairs with our hands. The room is a "love" room and not a room that invites you to stay in it but to do what is necessary and leave it. Very expensive for what it provides. Very not recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
