My husband and I just spent 4 nights here while we were exploring Edinburgh! Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the moment we walked in the staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough! They brought our cases up to the room, they open the doors when you arrive and exit, greet you, offer you umbrellas if it's raining! Our room was spotless, comfortable, lovely and warm. A treat to return to after walking around in the rain for hours, the coffee machine was brilliant. It was all the little things, the chocolates on the pillows, the water in the coffee machine was topped up everyday for us, fresh milk in the fridge, biscuits, slippers, bathrobes. We felt very very well looked after! The hotel is stunning, the staff are fantastic and the whole experience was just PERFECT! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at the Bonham for our honeymoon in March (so this review is a little overdue!) and we couldn't have been happier! The hotel and room were so beautiful and comfortable and the view was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and we felt really looked after. It was the perfect place for honeymoon and felt like real luxury.

Had a wonderful surprise lunch for 40, and it was absolutely perfect. Staff looked after us really well. The food was beautiful. We were booked from 12.00 until 5.00. Over 12 of us didn't leave until after 9.00pm. Many thanks again for your fine attention to detail.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay with my daughter, at the Bonham in early December. We thought the hotel was gorgeous, especially with all the beautiful Christmas decorations and the staff excellent, we felt really well looked after. Plus, the hotel location is great, 10 minutes walk to Princes street - as my family are regular visitors to Edinburgh I envisage many repeat visits to this lovely establishment

Our room was gorgeous and the staff helpful. The bed was a little hard, but the pillows comfy. We really enjoyed the complimentary bonbons. The breakfast was good. We got there early and they had warm croissants. Good walking distance to all the spots. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Edinburgh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
